Services and Agreements

LSP provides a range of services centrally to deliver the best possible value for money to our schools. As well as those services provided from within the Core Services Charge (‘Core Services’), other goods and services are procured centrally in order to maximise the potential economies of scale, whilst being charged out to schools separately. LSP also recognises that the needs of each school can vary, so a range of optional services are also offered, again charged separately.

Please see guidance below on the services and agreements the Trust provides for all schools.  Unless otherwise specified, these services are funded from your Core Services Charge:

Advertising staff vacancies - Eteach

All staff vacancies should be advertised on Eteach.  The HR team will contact you with your log in details and further information in due course.

Education Welfare - Noble Education Services

Noble Education Service (NES) use their professional expertise to assist schools in the Lighthouse Schools Partnership to raise school attendance and, in turn, raise pupil attainment.

NES also have extensive knowledge in areas of not only school attendance, but exclusions, child protection, court prosecutions, penalty notices, access to a wide variety of services including – High Impact Families, Youth Offending Team, Children and Mental Health Services, Social Care and Alternative Provision.

File sharing - Foldr

Foldr is the secure file sharing platform for LSP. You should have received an email invitation to create a user account that will enable you to view and download documents.

Finance and Budgeting Systems - PSF & Orovia

The Finance Team provide schools and users with their log in details for PS Financials (PSF) financial management software and Orovia budget planning software.

We have also provided further Finance documents and forms which you may find useful to assist.  These can be found here.

GDPR & Internal Audit - i-west

The Trust has a Data Protection Policy and a Records Management Policy and Guidelines. It is important that all staff are aware of the contents of these policies and your responsibilities within them. You can find a GDPR poster with guidance for school staff here.

We have engaged the services of i-west as the Trust’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) and they can be contacted by email: i-west@bathnes.gov.uk

Health and Safety Advisory Service - Delegated Services

Delegated Services is the Company that provides our Health & Safety advisory service.

Your school has been placed on their mailing list for newsletters and bulletins and you will receive log in details for their portal The Daedalos Labyrinth.

Information and advice - The Key

The Key for School Leaders is the national information service that provides instant answers to questions on all aspects of managing a school. Membership covers your full leadership team. To start using the service, each member of your senior leadership team needs a personal login.

Legal Support - Browne Jacobson

As a Trust school you have access to MAT Quickcall from Browne Jacobson: a legal support service which provides you with immediate access to specialist advice Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

LSPGateway is the one-stop hub for internal communications and employee rewards.  Click here for more info.

National Governance Association

LSP Schools receive NGA Standard Membership and access to the Learning Link e-learning service as part of their Core Services charge.  More information can be found about the Learning Link on the NGA website.

Payroll - FS4S

You can find the FS4S Payroll Schedule here.

This service is funded by an additional charge to school budgets, over and above the Core Services Charge.

Pupil Engagement and SEND - Lead Teacher Core Offer 2021

Andy Baker provides support to Primary Schools in a number of areas including:

  • Supporting children with social and emotional difficulties
  • Working with parents and families
  • Supporting Children with Dyslexia and dyslexic tendencies
  • SEND processes
  • Other Support for Children with Additional Needs

This support is funded by an additional charge to school budgets, over and above the Core Services Charge.  

Safeguarding system - CPOMS

CPOMS is an evidence based system that has been developed specifically for use by schools and Academies to improve their processes for managing child protection, safeguarding, inclusion, SEN, student welfare and similar important situations where sensitivity and security are paramount.

Replacing traditional paper based or relatively primitive IT systems that often lack integration and can take up a considerable amount of staff time, CPOMS enables easy and effective communications within the school and with external agencies. CPOMS places everything related to an individual, group of individuals, case(s) etc in one easy to access location that is highly secure and resilient.

The system is extremely easy to use. Integration with leading MIS systems prevents the need to enter data twice; CPOMS adds complementary value to existing MIS systems by delivering specialist functionality together with effective management information, trend analysis and useful statistics.

The secure document store and student information vault enables related documentation to be scanned or electronic data to be attached to records so that all information is readily collated and accessible.
