St Mary Redcliffe CofE Primary School (SMRP), part of Lighthouse Schools Partnership, is consulting on changing its age range from 3-11 to 4-11 years of age from September 2026.

This would mean that the school will no longer run and manage their nursery provision ‘St Mary Redcliffe Primary Nursery’.

The consultation will close at 5.00pm on Friday 29 May and all comments and feedback received to this proposal will be sent to the Department for Education for final decision.

Alongside this consultation, we are trying to identify alternative providers who could run the provision instead of the school, so a nursery offer could remain on site for families in the local area.
