We offer excellent pension packages for both teaching and support staff. Both the teaching and support staff (Local Government) pensions include life assurance benefits, voluntary early retirement benefits, ill health benefits, and a range of other benefits.

Education, Training and Development

Across the Trust, we are dedicated to offering meaningful CPD to all employees. We have many years of teaching skills and expertise across our employees who can mentor and train those looking to improve their skillsets and access future employment opportunities. Collaboration across our schools means we share best practice and support is there from like minded colleagues.  

Apprenticeships

We encourage current employees to undertake apprenticeships to enhance and improve their skills and opportunities. We also work with local colleges to offer apprenticeships to those moving onto the next stage of their education.

Access to Wellbeing Support

The health and wellbeing of our employees is paramount, and we offer a free telephone counselling service through our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), delivered by Health Assured – the UK and Ireland’s leading wellbeing provider. Manned by professional counsellors, lawyers and medical advisors the helpline can be accessed 24/7, 365 days a year. This service is completely confidential and discrete. If required, 6 sessions of counselling or CBT can also be organised. Employees can also access our online wellbeing centre, providing advice on healthy recipes, mindfulness exercises, financial wellbeing, and lots more.

Healthcare Cash Plan

Westfield Health is an award winning provider that offers an affordable healthcare cash plan. They provide cover for routine healthcare, including optical, dental, physiotherapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, homeopathy, and osteopathy.

Electric Car Scheme 

Employees can benefit from offsetting some of their salary in exchange for a brand-new electric or plug-in hybrid car. The car scheme includes fully comprehensive motor insurance, servicing, routine maintenance and repairs, breakdown cover, contactless home delivery, MOTs and there is no deposit.

Cycle to Work Scheme

Employees can request bicycle purchase loans up to the value of £1,000. Whether it's a new bike, equipment or both, top of the range or new starter, Cycle to Work will save you either 32% or 42% on the total cost. 

Retail Discounts

We offer a discount retail platform through our trust-wide intranet LSP Gateway, with discounts from restaurants, cinemas and companies such as M&S, Currys, John Lewis, Waitrose, Asda, Ikea, B&Q and lots more.

Car Parking Facilities

Employees enjoy the benefits of free car parking across our school sites.
