Nestled in beautiful rural settings, both primary schools take great pride in providing a special place of learning where children are nurtured to be confident, happy, and inquisitive learners.

Headteacher Sarah Joskey said, "We are thrilled to be joining the Lighthouse Schools Partnership. We are excited about the many opportunities for close collaboration with others in the Trust and the enriched educational experiences this will bring to our schools’ communities."

Extending a warm welcome, Chief Executive Gary Lewis, commented: "I am delighted to welcome Burrington and Wrington CE Primary Schools to the Lighthouse Schools Partnership. We have already had the great pleasure of working closely with both schools and have seen the strengths of their school ethos and commitment to education in its broadest and most life enhancing sense."

Lighthouse Schools Partnership is a Schools Trust formed in September 2016 with 27 schools across the age range from Nursery to Sixth Form.  All of the schools are located in Bath and North East Somerset or North Somerset. The Trust is a not-for-profit charity with the key aim of ‘advancing education for public benefit’.
