The West100 is for aspiring headteachers committed to eradicating educational inequality in the West Country. We are proud, as a trust, to be a founding partner of the programme in our region.

Flourishing Emerging Leaders
This programme is designed to help you step confidently into leadership – with the opportunity to develop and learn with colleagues across our region.
- For new or aspiring middle leaders
- Up to 8 funded places
- Starting after February half term
- 4 x half days out of school to attend in person facilitation sessions (all other aspects are outside of teaching time)

Flourishing Headteachers
Step into headship with confidence, connection and purpose! This programme is designed to support aspiring and serving headteachers to lead with clarity, courage and compassion.
- For new or aspiring headteachers
- Up to 2 funded places
- Starting after February half term
- 6 days out of schools to attend in person facilitation sessions and immersion visit
